Understanding costs and value is also essential for effective strategic planning. Jan Sykes will present an update on techniques for measuring Return on Investment (ROI) for information services. Included in the discussion will be examples of how anecdotes and stories may have impact as strong as numbers and statistics, depending on the person with whom ROI discussions are held! Attendees are invited to bring examples to share of how they have been able to measure and communicate ROI in their Organization.
